The Delta Epsilon chapter at Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) has once again proven itself as a leader among Greek organizations. The chapter was recently recognized with the Chapter of Distinction award by the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC), placing it among the top eight fraternities out of over 4,000 across North America. This marks the second time in five years that the chapter has earned this prestigious honor, a testament to its continued commitment to excellence.

In addition to the NIC recognition, the chapter has also received Delta Sigma Phi’s Pyramid of Excellence award, a distinction they’ve earned 12 times since 2007. The Pyramid of Excellence highlights chapters that excel in areas such as leadership, academic achievement, and community involvement. Missouri S&T’s chapter stands out for maintaining the second-highest GPA among all Greek organizations on campus while being deeply involved in local volunteer efforts.
The chapter’s impact extends beyond its academic and service achievements. Missouri S&T’s Interfraternity Council has recognized Delta Sigma Phi for its contributions to the campus and Greek community, awarding them for their leadership in community service and anti-hazing initiatives. These honors reflect the chapter’s commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment while encouraging its members to lead with integrity.
Whether through professional societies, campus organizations, or local volunteer work, Missouri S&T’s Delta Sigma Phi members continue to set a high standard for fraternity life—demonstrating that leadership, scholarship, and service go hand in hand.
