Providing educational support to undergraduate and alumni members, easing financial burdens, and allowing recipients to pursue degrees and internships that pave the way for their future success.
From supporting LEAD Weekend to underwriting the Leadership Institute, your gifts help ensure our undergraduate members have access to transformative leadership experiences—regardless of their financial need.
The Foundation provides funding for a number of Fraternity resources, like The LAMP, offering critical guidance on chapter operations, personal growth, and professional development.
Grants are awarded to alumni corporation boards to help enhance educational spaces within chapter facilities, ensuring that our undergraduate brothers have the tools needed for learning and leadership.
A quick look at the Foundation's impact.
Since its founding in 1953, the Foundation has contributed immensely to the development of our members, by contributing hundreds of thousands of dollars toward member programming. Without the Foundation’s support, funding for Delta Sig’s educational and developmental programs falls on the shoulders of undergraduate members.
Since our founding in 1953, the Foundation has been a cornerstone of our Fraternity, enabling us to reach more men and make a lasting impact on their lives. Without your generous support, many of our invaluable programs would simply not be possible.
Your contributions directly fund:
Scholarships and grants, to support our members in their pursuit of academic goals, while offering valuable experiences and opportunities.
National leadership programs, like Leadership Institute, LEAD Weekend, and Presidents Academy, providing essential training and development.
Educational initiatives, that help the fraternity foster lifelong learning and growth, such as The LAMP, the Transition Experience, and more.
By investing in the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation, you are investing in the future of our Fraternity. Your support empowers us to build better men and strengthen our brotherhood.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, thank you for your continued dedication and generosity.
Sincerely,
Mike Hoffman

Planned gifts are essential to securing Delta Sigma Phi's future. While we need cash today, estate planning ensures we have the resources to take strategic risks, such as advancing leadership programs or improving housing. This was a joint decision my wife, Zuzana, and I made, knowing that these commitments allow us to confidently shape the Fraternity’s growth. By committing to planned giving now, we can make a lasting impact, helping Delta Sig thrive for generations to come.

Delta Sigma Phi has given me the foundation of leadership and character that I’ll carry into my career. As a future critical care nurse, I want to handle tough situations with the calm confidence of a strong leader while also being emotionally available to support patients during their hardest moments. Being awarded a Foundation scholarship allows me to continue my studies and training as I work toward providing holistic, high-quality care—showcasing the skills and lessons I’ve gained from Delta Sigma Phi. The Fraternity has provided me with the network and support I needed to not only make it through nursing school, but also to prepare for life after I graduate this spring.

I want to personally thank the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation, alumni, and donors for making scholarships possible for our brotherhood. It’s an incredible honor to have received one, and words can’t fully express the impact it has had on my life. Thanks to this scholarship, I was able to become the first person in my family to graduate from college. Without it, finishing that last semester might not have been possible. I’m deeply grateful for all the opportunities Delta Sigma Phi provided me throughout my college journey. The Foundation and my Chapter played a huge role in shaping me into a better man, and I will always be thankful for their support.

Delta Sig has ingrained in me the notion of not resting on where we are today – waking up every day and striving to to be something better and to help those around you. Delta Sig is very important to me; it's still very much a part of who I am and how I got to be who I am today. As I look towards the future of Delta Sigma Phi, I hope that we continue to grow and give more young men the opportunity to experience Fraternity – being at more campuses, having larger chapters, but also making sure that it remains affordable. With the cost of college continuing to rise to astronomical numbers, it makes it makes it difficult for a lot of people to participate because of financial concerns. I want to make sure that we have the opportunity there for those people to join in without the cost or location being a barrier.

I give because I believe in the organization and recognize how its national reach unites each chapter. I'm happy to pay that debt forward so that Delta Sig can provide the tools and opportunities for other young men looking to better themselves. None of that happens without support from alumni like myself.

I give to Delta Sig because of the profound impact it has on my life and because it reinforces the bond I have with our Fraternity and what it represents. And I encourage you to do the same. Your support helps fund scholarships and leadership programs, empowering young members to succeed academically and professionally.

The Delta Sigma Phi Foundation is responsible for some of the most pivotal experiences as an undergraduate in Delta Sigma Phi. At Presidents Academy, I learned how to organize, lead, and inspire others. These are skills that I will continue to utilize the rest of my life. Networking and building relationships with like-minded men from all over the country was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. In receiving the Foundation Scholarship, Delta Sigma Phi has again made a lasting effect for good in my life. This scholarship gave me a jumpstart towards chasing my career dreams. I am eternally grateful for those who have made the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation and its scholarship program possible. They have changed my life in amazing ways, and I have made it my mission to pay it forward.

To all of our generous donors who contribute toward the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation throughout the year: we appreciate you. Thank you for paying the debt, for supporting our national programs, for helping maximize the impact of our scholarships, and for contributing to the future of our organization and members. None of this is possible without you.
